1. Cook 2 lbs of ground beef until browned. 2. Add in Lipton recipe secrets beefy onion. (Tip: blend the beefy onion into a powder for a smoother texture if desired). 3. In a pot or Dutch oven, layer in the cooked ground beef, 2 cans of rinsed dark red kidney beans, and 2 cans of tomato sauce (preferably no salt added). 4. Mix well. 5. Now add in chili powder to taste. If you like it extra hot, you can even add in a hot pepper or two. Mix thoroughly! 6. At this point, you can add in any desired fix-ins such as diced tomatoes, bell peppers, corn, or different types of beans. The recipe prefers it simple. 7. Cover the pot or Dutch oven and cook it on the stovetop on low for 25 minutes, making sure it doesn’t burn at the bottom. Adjust cooking time based on your stove. 8. Serve with cooked rice, tortilla chips, cheese, or any other desired toppings!
