1. Cut chicken into short slivers. 2. Add chicken to a Dutch oven or pot. 3. Add 1 cup of rice, 2.5 cups of water (Note: ingredients list chicken broth), 1 packet of beefy onion, a couple of squirts of ketchup, and 1 packet of frozen peas and carrots all to the same pot. 4. Mix and turn heat on high to allow it to boil for 7 minutes. 5. Bring your pot to a simmer and cover for 25-30 minutes. Do not mix your pot while it’s cooking again, only when it’s done will you mix it again!
