This slow cooker recipe is perfect for food prepping or freezing, making about 6-8 servings of hearty beef stew.

Prep and chop ingredients the night before or early morning. Wash and cut 1 pound of golden potatoes into quarters. Wash, peel, and cut 1 pound of carrots into half-inch pieces. Peel and cut 1 onion into chip-size pieces. Wash and cut 1-1.5 celery stalks into 1-inch sizes. If prepping the night before, put chopped ingredients into containers, layered to avoid mixing. If prepping the morning of, mix prepared ingredients and layer 2/3rds into the slow cooker. Once it’s the next day (or immediately if morning prep), dump the larger container of prepped ingredients into the slow cooker. Brown 2 pounds of meat in a large pot or pan with oil for around 4 minutes, then add to the slow cooker. Add one pack of Campbell’s Sauces Slow Cooker Beef Stew. Dump the smaller container of veggies (or the rest of it). Add the second pack of Campbell’s Sauces Slow Cooker Beef Stew. Set the slow cooker on low for 8 hours. Serve yourself a bowl after 8 hours.
