1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 2. Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes to an hour. 3. Cut Premio Italian Sausages into 1-inch slices. 4. Cut bell peppers into squares. 5. In a bowl, add the cut peppers and sausages, pour some avocado oil over them and squeeze 1-2 lemons. 6. Add the peppers and sausages to the skewers. 7. Place skewers on grill for about 4-5 minutes and flip to cook the other side for 4-5 minutes (until they reach the desired charred level). 8. Remove and enjoy!
