1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. 3. Add the egg, vanilla, and whisk again until well combined. 4. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 5. Slowly fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until well combined, do not overmix. If the dough is crumbly, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk until it forms a nice dough. 6. Scoop dough (about tablespoon size) and roll them into balls, and freeze for 10 minutes. 7. Take the dough balls out of the freezer and dip into sprinkles or Mini M&Ms, covering them completely. 8. Place them on a baking sheet about 2 inches apart and bake them for about 10-11 minutes, until the edges are turning golden. 9. When they’re done, let them cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy!
