Leftover Kale? Let’s make Kale Chips!

It’s best to use Kale from a stalk, but since I had a salad bag I figured why let it go to waste. Since it’s from a salad bag the “chips” are smaller. The best part of these is you can season with anything you like - soy sauce, cheddar seasoning, truffle oil, red pepper flakes, etc… the possibilities are endless.

1. Cut, wash and dry kale. 2. In a bowl massage olive oil into kale. You’ll want to make sure the kale is covered entirely. 3. Squeeze half a lemon and massage. 4. Massage some salt, some pepper and some garlic powder into the kale (all to taste). 5. On top of parchment paper, lay out your kale. 6. Bake at 200°F for two hours. 7. Enjoy!
