This easy frozen fruit snack, inspired by a trending recipe, involves mashing raspberries, freezing them, then dipping them in a quick-hardening chocolate and coconut oil mixture.

1. Wash your raspberries and mash them thoroughly. 2. Lay the mashed raspberries on parchment paper in small clumps. 3. Freeze the raspberry clumps for 30 minutes to one hour. 4. Take the frozen raspberry clumps out of the freezer and set them aside. 5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your choice of chocolate (a mix of dark and milk was used here) and approximately one spoonful of coconut oil. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth. 6. Dip the frozen raspberry clumps into the melted chocolate mixture. The chocolate should begin to harden almost instantly, like a magic shell. 7. Place the chocolate-covered raspberry clumps back in the freezer until fully set, then enjoy!
