1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper 2. In a large bowl, sift flour and add salt and yogurt 3. Slightly mix with a wooden turner or spoon and then mix with your hands and make into a ball. If your dough feels flakey add a spoonful of yogurt into the mix. If your dough feels too sticky add a little bit more flour 4. Lightly flour a surface (counter, table, large cutting board) and knead for a couple of minutes until it is smooth and firm 5. Divide dough into 10-12 balls 6. Flatten the balls and place a tiny glob of cranberry sauce and Brie on top 7. Fold the dough back over the cranberry sauce and Brie to seal and make a ball 8. Bake for 20-25 mins until golden brown 9. Serve with honey drizzle or cranberry sauce for dipping or enjoy by itself!
