Baked Mac and Cheese with Premio Italian Sausage

Preheat oven to 400°F. Once preheated, put PremioSausage (flavor of choice) in a baking dish lined with tin foil and a little bit of oil or parchment paper. Wait about 10 minutes and then begin to prep roux. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. In another pot, boil water and cook pasta. Once butter is melted, add flour and whisk until well combined and smooth. Heat milk in a microwave until warm and whisk carefully into roux until thick. Carefully add 2 cups of cheese and mix until well combined. If needed, add one extra cup of milk. By now, the Premio Sausage and pasta should be done cooking. Leave the oven preheated at 400°F. Add cheesy roux to the cooked sausage and pasta, be sure it is completely covered. Put sausage mac and cheese into a 9x13 baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and 1 cup of cheese (optional). Place baking dish with sausage mac and cheese into the oven for about 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy!
