What you need

rotisserie chicken

pepper
fl oz buffalo sauce

pasta

oz shredded mexican cheese blend

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp flour

cup milk

oz cream cheese

oz shredded cheese
Instructions
1. Boil water and add any pasta you have (cook al dente). 2. In a separate pan, cook chicken on the stove, or use a rotisserie chicken from your local supermarket. 3. In a separate bigger pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of flour, stir until smooth. 4. Add 1.5 cups of milk and any seasoning you want to use (salt and pepper were used here). 5. Let it boil, then reduce to low and add your cheeses (cream cheese and a lot of regular shredded mixed cheese were used here). 6. Stir until melted and smooth. 7. Add hot sauce (as spicy as you want!) and stir. 8. Add the cooked chicken or shredded rotisserie chicken. 9. Add the pasta. 10. Mix until well combined.
