box red velvet cake mix

tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. 2. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into 1/2 tablespoon sized balls onto parchment and freeze them for 45 minutes. 3. In a separate bowl, mix red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined. 4. Cover and refrigerate the dough for 45 minutes. 5. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 6. Scoop a small ball of cookie dough, flatten it slightly, place a frozen cream cheese ball in the center, then gently wrap and roll to seal. Repeat with remaining dough. 7. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. 8. Remove from oven and allow cookies to rest for 10 minutes before serving or storing in an airtight container.
