A quick and easy one-pot recipe for chicken parmesan, featuring bite-sized chicken breasts cooked with sauce, water, and pasta, then topped with cheese.

What you need

cup water

oz mozarella

lb pasta
tbsp oil

cup marinara sauce
Instructions
1. Cut up 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil and cook the chicken chunks on high heat for 10 minutes or until cooked through. 3. Then add choice of pasta sauce and water (use the same amount of water as you do the sauce). 4. Bring to a boil. 5. Add pasta of choice. 6. Let it simmer and cook. 7. Top with cheese and that’s pretty much it!
