What you need
dash salt

tortilla
lb chicken tenderloins

cup hot sauce
tbsp mayonnaise

tbsp corn starch

tbsp cajun seasoning

cup shredded cheese

oz cream cheese

tbsp honey

oz guacamole
Instructions
1. Get your chicken tenderloins. Oil them up a bit, add some salt and Cajun seasoning, then mix well. 2. Add some corn starch and mix it onto the outsides of your chicken to make them crispy without deep frying. 3. On medium-high heat, cook your chicken until halfway through, then flip and cook all the way through until crispy. 4. Take your favorite hot sauce and pour some in the same pan on low heat. Add your favorite honey. Let it warm up and mix. 5. Mix the cooked chicken into the sauce. 6. For the quesadilla: Get some shredded cheese (if you don't have a lot, add some cream cheese and mix it in). 7. Add the spicy chicken from before into your cheese mix and combine. 8. Put the chicken and cheese mix onto half of your tortilla of choice (whole wheat suggested) and fold it. 9. Use mayonnaise instead of butter or oil to cook the tortilla. 10. On medium-low heat, cook your quesadillas on the pan for 3-5 minutes per side until golden and crispy. 11. In the meantime, make some guacamole if you don't have any (you can make with lime, optional additions include cilantro, onions, and tomatoes). 12. Enjoy your Spicy Chicken Quesadilla!
