Biscoff Christmas Crack is a new go-to for cookie exchanges, inspired by @caileeeeats and wanderandwhisk on TikTok. It features a base of Biscoff cookies topped with homemade toffee, chocolate chips, melted Biscoff cookie butter, and festive sprinkles.

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and lay down one layer of Biscoff cookies. 3. In a small pot, melt 1 cup of butter and 1 cup of brown sugar over medium heat. 4. Stir every once in a while until it’s fully melted, make sure that the mixture reaches 300°F!! This is important! 5. Remove from heat and evenly pour toffee over the cookies. If you need more toffee to cover the cookies like I did, repeat step 2. 6. Bake the tray in the oven for about 6-9 minutes, until it bubbles (if it doesn’t bubble, remove from oven at 9 minutes). Tip: if the butter and sugar separate, lower the heat and whisk until emulsified. 7. Remove the tray from the oven and immediately top with chocolate chips, let it melt for a couple of minutes and use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate chips. 8. Microwave Biscoff Cookie Butter in the microwave for about 15s-30s, then drizzle it over the chocolate and use the edge of the spatula to create a fun design. 9. Sprinkle on your holiday sprinkles or topping of choice. 10. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes until it is fully solid. 11. Now for the fun part: Christmas CRACK the pieces and enjoy!! (store in fridge in an airtight container until ready to enjoy)View original recipe
