Instructions
1. Cook bacon until crispy. 2. While bacon is cooking, prep french fries: wash and cut potatoes into desired french fry size, then season with oil, salt, and pepper. Place them on a baking sheet. Once the oven is preheated to 425°F, bake for about 30-40 minutes. 3. When the bacon is done cooking, chop it up into bits. 4. Chop up peppers, chive, jalapeños, and any other toppings you choose. 5. When your fries are ready, take them out of the oven. In a separate bowl, mix up your chopped toppings (peppers, chives, jalapeños) except for cheese. 6. Pile your fries onto the baking sheet and top with a generous amount of cheese. 7. Put the fries back in the oven for about five minutes or until the cheese is melted. 8. Take the melted cheesy fries out of the oven and top with your mixed toppings and optionally your favorite fry condiment. 9. Enjoy!View original recipe
