What you need

fl oz avocado oil

tsp garlic powder

salmon

pepper

tsp salt

bunch parsley

cup rice

bunch fresh basil

oz old bay seasoning
clove fresh garlic

broccoli
Instructions
1. Cube salmon. 2. Coat salmon with avocado oil and mix well. 3. Chop up fresh basil (or use dried) and add to salmon to taste. Mix. 4. Add Old Bay seasoning or your favorite seafood seasoning to taste. Mix. 5. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix. 6. Bake the salmon at 375°F for 8-10 minutes. Actively check to make sure it’s not overcooking. 7. While the salmon is cooking, melt butter, chopped parsley, and minced garlic together (all to taste). 8. Serve the salmon with rice and broccoli on the side, and pour the melted garlic parsley butter over the salmon and rice.View original recipe
