What you need

oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips

tsp lemon juice

dash salt

tsp vanilla extract

cup all purpose flour

cup sugar

oz unsalted butter
egg

cup light-brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, then set this mixture aside. In a separate bowl (using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment if available), cream together 2 sticks of unsalted butter with 1 1/4 cups of sugar and 1/2 cup of packed light brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the 3 large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in a dash of salt and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Gradually add the reserved flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until a cohesive dough forms. If using a chocolate bar, cut it into pieces. Otherwise, measure out 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips. Fold the chocolate pieces or chips into the dough. Carefully place the finished dough mixture into your Ninja Foodi Cookware or a similar oven-safe pan. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes, adjusting the time based on your oven, until the cookie pie is golden brown and set. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before serving. Serve as is, or enhance with a scoop of ice cream.View original recipe
