What you need

russet potato

pinch salt

pinch pepper

tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Wash and scrub your potatoes really well. 3. Cut them as thin as you want. 4. Soak the cut potatoes in ice water for at least 30 minutes (preferably an hour), this will make them more crispy! 5. Oil them up to make them nice and crisp and mix. 6. Add your spices: salt, pepper, and anything else you want to add (I used garlic powder and everything but the bagel seasoning). 7. Mix that all up. 8. Place them on a baking sheet for about an hour (depending on your oven, keep checking them - mine were good after about 45 mins). 9. Enjoy!
