What you need

oz yogurt

tsp baking powder

tsp table salt

tbsp flour

tsp vanilla extract
egg
Instructions
1. Place yogurt in a medium bowl. Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. 2. Stir together gently but stop before it being fully combined (should result in an interesting texture). 3. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl. Add vanilla to eggs and stir to combine. 4. Pour egg mixture into precious yogurt mixture. And stir gently. 5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a griddle sprayed with cooking spray. 6. Cook for 1-1 1/2 minutes, then flip pancakes. 7. Cook for about 45 seconds and plate. 8. Repeat and serve with syrup or desired toppings!View original recipe
