What you need

hummus
bunch kale

tbsp olive oil
oz orzo

cucumber
lemon

red onion

protein powder
Instructions
1. Cook orzo and allow to cool. 2. Chop up cucumber, onion, and kale. Add to a large bowl and mix. 3. Once orzo has cooled, add it to the bowl and toss. 4. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, give it a good mix. 5. Add hummus and tzatziki one spoonful at a time, mixing until coated. 6. Cook your protein of choice. 7. Serve the salad by pairing with your protein, I went with a Medi marinaded steak!View original recipe
