tbsp unsalted butter

fl oz milk

cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°Fahrenheit. 2. Cook your macaroni in a pot according to package directions. 3. While the macaroni is cooking, melt the butter and flour in a separate pot over medium heat, whisking until well melted to form a roux. 4. Whisk in milk and heavy cream into the roux until the mixture is boiling. 5. Mix in 2 cups of the cheese until melted and well combined (reserve 1 cup for topping). 6. Once the cheesy roux is well combined, mix it with the cooked pasta. 7. Transfer the cheesy pasta mixture to a baking dish or Ninja Foodi Cookware. 8. Top with the rest of the reserved cheese. 9.
