One Pot Chicken Parm

What you need

cup mozzarella cheese

pinch salt
pinch dried italian seasoning

oz marinara sauce

fl oz water

pinch pepper

oz pasta

yellow onion

pinch garlic powder

boneless chicken breast

clove garlic clove

cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Over medium-high heat, in a large pot or pan, add a drizzle of olive oil. 2. Dice 3 boneless chicken breasts and add to the pot or pan. 3. Add some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the chicken. 4. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. 5. Remove chicken from the pot or pan and set aside. 6. Add 1 minced yellow onion and 3 minced garlic cloves to the pot and cook for 3 minutes or until soft. 7. Pour in a 24oz jar of your favorite marinara sauce. Fill the empty jar with water and add it to the pot. Bring to a boil and then let simmer. 8. Add the pasta first, then the diced chicken back into the pot. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is cooked al dente. 9. Add 1/2 cup of Parmesan and 1/4 cup mozzarella, and mix well. 10. While still on the stove, top with the remaining 3/4 cup mozzarella and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted. 11. Remove from heat and enjoy!View original recipe
