Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Serves 210 mins prep26 mins cook
Everyone keeps saying chicken gives them the ick because of its sliminess when you have to touch it before cooked or sometimes you get that TOO chewy piece. I’m not here to tell you this recipe will fix that but it’s one of my favorites to make… let me #feedyoursoull

What you need
bunch oregano

pepper
tsp salt

bunch parsley

chicken pieces

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Lather up the chicken with olive or avocado oil on both sides (I prefer avocado oil if it’s going into the oven). 2. Add salt and pepper on both sides. 3. Load up on oregano and parsley on both sides (but make sure there’s more oregano than parsley). 4. Flip to the top of your chicken and LOAD it up with parmesan. Your goal is to get a parm crust which you’re more likely to get if you air fry than bake. 5. Since I don’t have an air fryer at the moment we’re baking this in the oven at 400°F for 26 mins (expect it to not be as crispy if it’s in an oven). Be careful if you’re baking in an air fryer if referring to this temp, I’m not good at converting temps to smaller heating area so… just make sure it’s cooked through and not over done🤣 6. Top on a salad, pasta, anything!!!!! 7. FEEDYOURSOULL!View original recipe
