Quick Veggie Stir Fry

What you need

baby corn

oz rice noodles

tsp garlic powder

fl oz teriyaki sauce

red pepper

broccoli

fl oz soy sauce
mushrooms

tbsp sesame seed oil
Instructions
1. Wash and cut up veggies (I chose broccoli, baby corn, mushrooms, green and red peppers). 2. Over medium heat in a large pan, warm up 2 tablespoons of sesame seed oil. 3. Add in the veggies, and season with some garlic powder. Stir fry the veggies until soft. 4. Boil water for rice noodles. Once boiled, add rice noodles and immediately remove from heat. Let them soak for 8-10 mins. 5. Drain (if noodles are sticky, rinse them with warm water). Add the noodles to the stir fry pan. 6. Add some teriyaki sauce. 7. Add some more garlic powder. 8. Add some soy sauce. 9. For more flavor add @traderjoes General Tso Stir Fry Sauce (optional). 10. Mixy mixy. 11. Enjoy!View original recipe
