When you want something easy, crispy and spicy, this is it: Buffalo Chicken Wraps! Ingredients: - About 1.5 lbs of Chicken Breasts (if you want more leftovers, get 2 lbs) - Olive Oil to coat chicken - 1/2 cup Flour - 1 tbsp Baking Powder - 1 tsp Paprika - 1 tsp Garlic Powder - 1 bag of Cole Slaw - 3/4 cup of Mayo (6 fl oz) @hellmannsmayonnaise - 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar @bragg - 5 tsp Dijon Mustard @greypoupon_us - A little bit of Salt - A little bit of Pepper - 1 tbsp Dill Weed - Measure with your heart: Buffalo Sauce @sbrbbq - 4-6 Tortillas @missionfoodsus - Measure with your heart: 3 cheese blend - Lettuce Instructions: 1. Cube chicken breasts, add the chicken to a bowl and toss with olive oil 2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and coat the chicken with this dry mixture 3. Air fry at 375°F for about 14-16 minutes 4. Add coleslaw to a bowl and mix with mayo, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, pepper, salt, dill weed. Taste and see what it needs more of (mine needed more ACV and mustard!) 5. When the chicken is done cooking, transfer it to a bowl and toss in buffalo sauce 6. Grab your tortilla and layer on your chicken, coleslaw mixture, cheese, and some greens. 7. Wrap and enjoy!!!
