CHILI SZN IS UPON US!! I’m changing up my moms classic beef chili to a turkey chili, and here’s how to make it:
0 servings
What you need

cheese

tbsp chili powder

tortilla chips

beans
chili pepper

can canned diced tomatoes

can red kidney beans

lb ground turkey

cup cooked rice

corn

dry onion soup mix

bell pepper
Instructions
1. Cook 2 lbs of ground turkey. 2. Add in 1 packet of Lipton Recipe Secrets Beefy Onion. 3. In a pot or Dutch oven, layer in the cooked ground turkey, rinsed dark red kidney beans, and tomato sauce, and mix well. 4. Now measure with your heart the chili powder, I usually spoon in 2-3 giant scoops. If you like it extra hot you can even add in a hot pepper. Mix!! 5. At this point you can add in any fix-ins you want: diced tomatoes, bell peppers, corn, different type of beans etc. By preference, I enjoy it simple. 6. Cover the pot or Dutch oven and cook it on the stovetop on low for 25 minutes, make sure it doesn’t burn at the bottom. Every oven is different! 7. Serve with cooked rice, tortilla chips, grilled cheese or bread, and top with cheese or whatever your heart desires!View original recipe
