Instructions
Make sauce: 1. Mix honey, mayo, sour cream, sriracha, and 2 tbsp soy sauce in a bowl. Set aside. Rice, meatballs, and green beans: 1. Cook rice in a rice cooker or on the stovetop. For stovetop, boil 2 cups of water with some oil, add 1 cup of rice, and boil for 5 minutes. Then reduce heat to low and simmer for 17-20 minutes until water is absorbed. 2. In a separate bowl, mix ground beef with sesame seeds, chopped scallions, ginger, bread crumbs, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. 3. Roll the meat mixture into meatballs and place them on an oven tray. 4. On another oven tray, toss the green beans with oil, salt, and pepper. 5. Bake both the meatballs and green beans in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 15-16 minutes. 6. Plate the cooked rice, green beans, and meatballs. Top with additional sesame seeds and the prepared firecracker sauce.View original recipe
