Cinnamon Roll Bites

For everyone whose favorite part of a cinnamon roll is the center!! Inspired by @badbatchbaking, its the holiday season of cinnamon!!! Perfect for brunch, breakfast, a sweet treat or treating yourself!

What you need

tsp granulated sugar

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp butter

cup heavy cream

tbsp cinnamon roll

can cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease pan (9x13 is suggested pan) 2. Cut each cinnamon roll into 4’s, roll into balls and set aside 3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together cinnamon roll mixture: melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon 4. Add the cinnamon roll balls into the cinnamon roll mixture and toss until coated evenly 5. Place coated cinnamon roll balls into the baking dish, aim for a single layer, set aside. 6. In a bowl, whisk together the Brown Sugar Filling: brown sugar, melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract 7. Drizzle the Brown Sugar Filling over the cinnamon roll balls 8. Pour the heavy cream evenly over the dough 9. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, remove the foil and cook for about 5-10 more minutes, until thoroughly cooked 10.
