Shrimp and Veggies Udon Stir Fry with Pork Potstickers

A quick and easy recipe for a shrimp and veggie udon stir fry, served alongside pan-fried and steamed pork potstickers (gyoza).

tbsp vegetable oil

tbsp water

lb shrimp

bunch veggie mix

box udon noodles
Instructions
Shrimp and Veggies Stir Fry: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet. 2. Add veggies and frozen shrimp. 3. Add seasoning (a pepper seasoning came with my bag). 4. In the same skillet, make room for the noodles in the center. 5. Add 3 tablespoons of water. 6. Add 1 block of udon noodles, cover for 2-3 mins, tossing gently halfway through. (Optional: repeat with a second noodle block for a larger serving). 7. Add your favorite sauce, such as Trader Joe’s General Tsao Stir Fry Sauce, and toss to combine. Pork Potstickers: 1. Preheat 1.5 tablespoons oil in a separate skillet. 2. Add frozen gyoza (seam up) and cook for 3-4 mins on high heat until golden/light brown. 3. Add 4 tablespoons of water, reduce heat and cover until thoroughly steamed. Enjoy your meal!View original recipe
