What you need

apple

oz bakers white chocolate

butter

splash milk

oz baking chocolate

candy coating
Instructions
1. Put skewers into top of apple cores. 2. Line a baking sheet or larger cutting board with parchment paper. 3. Prepare your toppings in bowls. 4. Melt caramel and melt in butter and splashes of milk. Continue to stir until well combined and melted. 5. At the same time melt your chocolate if you’re also using chocolate, this is optional! 6. Once melted, immediately dip apple in caramel and cover completely. Drag apple over the pot to remove excess caramel and repeat for the rest of your apples! If you don’t go the chocolate route, be sure to add your toppings before caramel sets. 7. If you’re going chocolate route: let the caramel dry a little and then drizzle chocolate over your caramel apples and dip them in your toppings. 8. We totally didn’t do this but if you want your caramel to be more firm when eating be sure to put it in the fridge for 30 mins!View original recipe
