What you need

tsp salt

ravioli

cup all purpose flour

tbsp butter

oz parmesan cheese
oz mozzarella

fl oz marinara sauce

cup milk

pinch ground nutmeg
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F 2. Grease 9x13 baking dish 3. In a medium saucepan, melt 4 tbsp butter over medium heat 4. Whisk in 1/4 cup of flour and allow to cook for about 2 minutes until lightly golden 5. Slowly whisk in warmed milk until smooth 6. You’ve now made bechamel, cook it for about 6-7 minutes until it has thickened 7. Mix in salt, pepper, and nutmeg and remove from heat 8. Now times for layers!! Repeat after me... marinara, ravioli, bechamel, mozzarella and parmesan and repeat!!! When layering, just be sure each layer covers the entire dish for the most part, use your best judgement! Also I honestly forgot the order to layer so you should be fine to layer however you want haha! 9. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes 10. When the 20 minutes is up, remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes 11. Garnish with basil and enjoy!View original recipe
